While her fans have been expressing their concern, several media reports claimed that a certain health condition is keeping Samantha missing from action. It was earlier reported that the 35-year-old actress is suffering from Polymorphous Light Eruption which occurs due to sun exposure and that she jetted off to the United States to receive treatment.

Amid the speculation doing rounds, her team representative has finally broken silence on the matter, clearing the air once and for all. According to indianexpress.com, Samantha’s manager Mahendra has dismissed the conjectures about her suffering from a ‘rare skin condition’ as mere rumours. “It’s just gossip,” he was quoted as saying.

However, the reason behind Samantha’s foreign trip is still unknown.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha will soon be seen in her first pan-India film Yashoda, the teaser of which was unveiled recently. In the teaser, the diva can be seen fighting evil, running across the forest, and facing all other difficulties while pregnant.
