CLEVELAND (WJW) — Little by little, the Cleveland Browns are hoping to get the team back in full swing before the Christmas Day game in Green Bay.
On Christmas Eve, the team jumped over a huge hurdle and reactivated from the COVID list: QB Baker Mayfield, WR Jarvis Landry, QB Case Keenum, CB A.J. Green and DE Ifeadi Odenigbo.
We have activated the following players from the reserve/COVID-19 list and made other roster moves:

– QB Baker Mayfield
– QB Case Keenum
– WR Jarvis Landry
– CB AJ Green
– DE Ifeadi Odengibo
Coach Kevin Stefanski cleared COVID-19 protocols and returned to the Browns CrossCountry Mortgage campus Wednesday.
DT Jordan Elliott and K Chase McLaughlin are added to the COVID list.
The Browns have 3 games left on their schedule for the regular season.

CLEVELAND (WJW) РCOVID-19, combined with hundreds of cancellations nationwide, made for some tricky holiday travel for many airline passengers.  Hundreds of U.S. flights were canceled and hundreds more delayed due to COVID-related staffing problems.
The foot traffic inside the terminal at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport was light for the evening of Christmas Eve. Some passengers we talked to say their travel experience was smooth sailing, while others say it was a little rocky.
CLEVELAND (WJW) – Cleveland Mayor-elect Justin Bibb is urging everyone to take precautions this holiday season as the omicron variant of COVID-19 continues to surge across Northeast Ohio.
In a video tweeted out early Christmas Eve, Bibb asks Cleveland residents to get vaccinated to help prevent further hospitalizations in Cuyahoga County.
OLMSTED FALLS, Ohio (WJW) – The spirit of giving was on display at Falls Family Restaurant in Olmsted Falls this Christmas Eve where a group of diners rallied around a waitress providing a memorable tip on their breakfast bill.
“The customers love her, a lot of them request her and she is just a great person,” said Roger Novak, of Falls Family Restaurant.
